    Perhaps your best of talking to the company making that claim and then you'll know what they really mean. or perhaps its just an old add and the company has since stopped that program.

    They both have their own cdl school.
    Millis Transfer in Ohio
    CFI in Missouri
    Both provide meals and lodging.
    Do the online app for both companies and take the one that can get you started the soonest.
