Why did you let yourself get in this situation? No bunk heater = no movement in the direction of cold weather. As for now not a hell of alot to do. Find weight and put it on clutch and pedal.

Otherwise go find a 2x4 snd shove it between the clutch and seat.

Set your trailer brakes, not the tractor then set your cruise up to 800 or 1000. If that dont work get a room and turn in the truck.

Go get a piece of concrete off the ground. Or a stick from a branch.

This is truly awful to witness as it unfolds - honestly.

Find a solution and then leave these inhumane ‘employers’ ASAP.

Write the following on your q-com.

" Due to malfunctioning equipment, that has been reported to the shop previously, I can not make the delivery of this assignment. The equipment failure has not allowed me to get the proper rest to operate this vehicle. I have requested solutions numerous times and have so far been vastly ignored in my requests to have equipment repaired so that I may safely operate my vehicle."

That should get you someone on the phone. Have them repower the load, or reschedule after the truck is fixed. While in the motel find a better company.

Get a motel anyways. For your own safety.
