I sleep standing up, bound to the drivers chair, with clown make up on, and a flashlight shining up toward my chin.
Sure makes them peeping toms look twice.
Does anyone sleep with their head on the passenger side?

Friend of mine has a life size skeleton dressed in WWII flight jacket and hat sitting in the passenger seat... Has small but bright LED's in the eye sockets... He will sit in the sleeper with the curtains pulled but cracked open and wait for someone to get close to his truck then he will make the truck shake or bang the wall... When they look his way he turns the LED's on... I watched this from across the truck stop one night... Quite funny some of the reactions he gets from people.

Tsk tsk peeepin Tom. U may be unable to reverse the damage to your eyes from what u may see. From the naked trucker dancing to the occasional lot lizard romp. All at your local pilot or flying J. It's the only thing left free in the parking lot lol..

I like to sleep on the passenger side because thats where the vents are and I like it nice and cool in the summer. Plus my TV is mounted on the cabinet just above my drivers seat in this truck. The arm swings around so it then faces the sleeper area. Easier to watch it from the passenger side.
How ever,.. I can sleep on either side,.. parking on a slope,.. I dont like sleeping with my head on the bottom end.

I’m lazy, I just look at my GoPro app on my phone for the driver’s side camera, lol. But I always thought it would be great to come up with a device that watches the light for you and beeps a warning when the light turns green.gentleroger and hunts2much Thank this.

Actually never. When you wake up and get up it's less of a lost motion to get to the drivers seat. Besides all of the berths Ive been in have the heat output on that passenger corner. The better berths had two corners output for cooling and heat. But generally that pax corner was a bad one in terms of getting your head froze or cooked in the night.

I don’t sleep in rest areas that face the road for this very reason. Though occasionally I’ll sleep on a city street and put my head on the passenger side for the same reasons you describe.bzinger Thanks this.

I would pay good money for such a device... especially being red green color "challenged." lolhomeskillet and Nostalgic Thank this.

Did you notice that your heading to the post and this question asks the exact opposite question?

When people find out I'm color blind, they always ask how I handled traffic lights. Well, I have stopped at my fair share of flashing yellows in the middle of the night lol.hunts2much Thanks this.
