If you know why you were fired then why don't you own them? When that happens you don't need to work for a few years.

I haven’t been at Werner long so I can’t comment too much on how I like the job yet but I know for sure they have a zero tolerance policy on harassment. As far as training goes, you can request to train with a male or female driver.

Melton is a flatbed company, they sent me a Christmas card and I never even worked for them, any company sending a Christmas card to someone who filled out an application must love all people.

They just seem to me like they are the right kind of company for your situation.

That’s really crappy on their part. OTOH, what difference does what you do on your own time matter so much that you felt the need to share it? My daughter is very supportive of the LGBTQ community. I just can’t wrap my head around the need to share it with the world. Still, I really do understand where you’re coming from here. Good luck finding the right fit for you.

When you say that you came out, what exactly did you do? Do you realize that it's no one's business what's under your clothing, who you sleep with, what your sexual preferences and fetishes are, etc?

Do you realize that talking about that sort of stuff to people who don't want to hear it is a form of sexual harassment that has no place in a work place?

Keep things to yourself, the way the rest of us do (or should do) and you'll find that people just don't care.

Every company is LGBT friendly because if they're not they have a massive lawsuit on their hands.
