So what's the equipment situation like at Poly now? Still handing out pos Internationals to new hires, or are they phasing those out pretty quick? And what about the office personnel everybody complained about? Still there causing problems or is it being resolved? And is the shop at the Ft Worth yard still worthless as usual?

New hires are still getting prostars. More new trucks coming towards the end of the year, atleast thats why I heard. Alot of max forces already in the process of being removed from the fleet.

I have no problem and never had a problem with office personal so I can't answer that one.

The shop is still the same in my opinion. Having a new truck though I haven't delt with them since this past may and services have gone fine so far.

Shipping is by far way better than it's ever been in my 3+ years here. Almost no waiting in months for me. also backhaul seems better. They sometimes don't answer the phone or wait longer than I would like to get the info but I haven't had to sit or anything like that waiting on a load.

I did run into two Poly drivers my last week out, both driving new Petes.

TTR won’t let me quote them directly, but let’s say they were not pleased.

    .54 beginning 2-18-18

Poly Trucking pays hub miles, even if we drive up to 10% above what they believe the actual miles should be.

If our hubometer shows 1100 miles on a 1000 mile run, we get paid 1100 miles.

I had the displeasure of being employed with them babysitting a fair number of their broke down piles of scrap trucks. They can pay me $1/hub mile, if they aren't getting the miles because of the broke down junk and they're out of loaners, that doesn't pay the bills. Besides, with Hyatt running the Op's now, I would rather get a colonoscopy without anesthetic than work under him...it would be a lesser pain in the arse.

Don't know if any of you guys live out in Vegas but there is an opening for the salt lake City gig as our other driver had to leave. I would estimate the pay to be about 70-75k gross depending on how much you like doing local work on the days you don't go to. SLC.

Just curious if they hire out of Maryland ? Whats the home time like. Rough idea what I could gross a year ? I have no problem running. Is the new mileage rate for experienced new hires.

    Thanks in advance.
