Years ago I was tarping a load of joint compound 5 gallon pales outside. NY gloves were wet and i was on the back of the trailer pulling on the tarp. I lost my grip on the tarp pulling backwards , the next thing I knew i was on the ground with my back resting on the tire. Just sat there for a moment and looked around to see if anyone saw me in action .LOL. Another time I was pulling a tarp off skidded coils that can't get wet out side in the rain, so I would pull enough to let the unloader take one off at a time. Well I'm here to tell ya i ended up walking right off the back of the trailer. The unloader never saw me do it. Lol.

When I paid my 2nd truck off--- I was getting ready to trade it in on a new one. When I said to myself---- I think I will run it a few months with no payments.

I ended up running it another 1.5 million miles before I sold it. I never had a truck payment again. I enjoyed the freedom to much to get back into big truck payments.

That's when I started making money without the stress.

You don’t want a VA loan it’s the most expensive loan anyway. FHA has some programs for first time home buyers

I’m sure it can’t be cheap when some injures themselves badly when tarping on company property. If it was, these big companies that have harnesses and special ladders and what not wouldn’t care at all if you fell off. The ones that have all that equipment had to pay big bucks over an injury at one point
