That’s automatic $5000 fine in Ontario. Amazing it did not hit a homeless person,,, that’s the destination city for homeless folks or as they call it. “ living outdoors”

 

Lmfao i remeber when i went to philadelphia a small car was passing me at like 3am.. right as hes next to my cab his back roght wheel fell off went forward and across jersey barrier across the enite 4 lane high way sparks were flying he stayed going straight gripping wheel. I was lmfao .. it was a beat up car but that woke me right up. That's what I just thought of no one was hurt.
