Sounds like I’ll be running another Georgia to Little Rock once empty. Said to head back to Georgia once I’m empty. Was hoping they would send me to Texas or New Mexico from there. Oh well, at least I’m rolling. Lol

I had a Florida driver tell me one time that those Georgia to Little Rock runs pay good when they leave you on them back to back. I think there’s a handful of guys that only do that.
Before you get empty in LR on the next one you can call the Mission, TX office and ask if they will pull you down there. A lot of times they’ll do it.

It’s not a bad run. I talked to a driver while I was waiting on my load that does just that. GA to AR. He likes it. It’s not a bad run. He lives close to the drop yard so it’s perfect for him. I’ll give them a call on my next run. Thanks.

Many moons ago,I ran a dedicated milk run from Sulphur Springs,Tx to Atlanta, Ga. for IRT(would bounce down to Montezuma often, cant believe they haven't bought a new fridge yet LOL)........I absolutely loved that run. Then I made the mistake of volunteering to help get Clovis,NM off the ground. Really enjoyed running for them guys until they could no longer meet my needs.

Man, if I could that as a dedicated route, I’d be over at IRT in a FLASH! I live in the Little Rock Area. :)

After I got empty in Little Rock, I was rolling towards Memphis and dispatch called and asked if I would cover a Memphis to Henderson, NV run. I jumped on in. Doesn’t load till the am, so I’ll clean up the truck and relax before my nice ride West.

I’ve delivered in Henderson, NV once last year but the one I did came from Tulare, CA. I’m doing a Memphis load to Bakersfield when I leave home so I’ll be somewhere behind you on I-40.
Easiest way to the yeast plant is to run 40 East across the bridge, do the S curve by downtown then stay in the left lane. It exits to the left and I want to say it’s called 51 North. After you take the left handed exit off of I-40 move over to the right and split to the right on 51. After it splits you’ll go about about half to 3/4 mile and turn left at the light. I think there’s a Chester’s Chicken there. Follow that all the way down. You’ll pass an airport runway type thing and be watching for a sign where you will turn right. You’ll go past the plant towards the back and make a left into the gate. Intercom for them to open it. It’s a good place to load. In and out in about an hour or 2.

Thanks. Had no problem finding it. 51 North. Left on Pear, Right at dead end, left on Stiles. Pretty easy. I’m getting loaded now. Another one of our drivers got loaded this morning and had to come back. Was loosing yeast from the top of the tank. Came back to get it looked at. Come to find out, the tank wash in West Memphis forgot a gasket when they washed it. What a mess.

Oh yeah! It was all over his tank, both sides. I feel bad for him. He’s stuck. They won’t let him drop his trailer and get the gasket. They should make the wash drive over here with it.
