What are CFI's current accessorial pay and amounts?

    What are CFI's current accessorial pay and amounts? I'd like to compare what a CFI recruiter states and what driver's are actually receiving.

    CFI's starting cpm is .33, with raises of .35, .37, and .39 in the first year, which to my understanding is dispatched/paid as Practical miles (rather than Household goods miles?); so bonuses and accessorial pay would be beneficial.

    I believe...
    Northeast: .03 per mile
    Hazmat: .05( those two might be reversed)
    Extra stops: $35.00
    Detention: $14.00 or $17.00 per hour, don't remember which.
    Safety: varies based on your seniority, pays quarterly, count on about $300.00 per quarter,...

    Border crossing to Canada and NYC but I don't remember how much...

    Arecruiter can do better with this.
