I hear ya. I don't mind the emissions engines. They will be really good in a few more years and they are pretty good now. Same thing happened to the automotive industry in the 80s when emissions first started coming out on cars. I'm talking about unreliable systems. -

Every bus, truck, truck-tractor, and every driven motor vehicle in driveaway-towaway operations shall be equipped with a horn and actuating elements which shall be in such condition as to give an adequate and reliable warning signal.
