Also you should probably hide your address and info. These companies like to snoop around. I learned first hand with my last company lol...

I personally dont like sharing too much of my personal info.

Gross was $1600, $1300 after advances and escrow($25 until balance of $500, returned if/when you leave), $1100 after taxes and whatnot.

    Net would’ve been $1300-1400 if I didn’t take advance.

What I’ve been noticing too is on loads I live load(not grab from yard) I’m getting paid $20 for pick and $30 for single drop for an extra $50 on those loads. Wasn’t told about that in orientation, but hey why complain!

Am wondering if Denny provides internet with that satellite tv? I don’t watch tv.

Sounds like a very interesting company.
I spend plenty of time sitting around Denver. I live in another state.

No they don’t. You can always get a portable WiFi deal through your cell provider. I’m looking into getting one to bring a PlayStation or something to have the option of Netflix/amazon/fire stick.

Does the satellite tv come with a dvr?
I see on your next load you got 8 stops, How much time does it take to get those off?
Just want to see if its wroth it for the amount of time you spend Not making those miles.

Yea it has dvr which is awesome.

I haven’t delivered to these specific places. The most stops I’ve done was 6 and times ranged from 20 min to 2 hours. Multi stop loads are always only a few pallets per stop. Most of these 8 stops are 1-2 pallets only waist high so I’ll probably end up lumping them all myself too(typically pallets below chest height don’t need broken down). This trip is 1321 mi @ .52/mi for $686.92, 3 nights worth of layover $225, 8 stops $340. Total $1251.92(.94/mi), if I lump all/most it’ll add maybe another $125-225.

    LoneCowboy and TheYogi Thank this.

If you don’t like tons of stops and do better doing 1-3 just gotta let them know. Or if you want to be eased into these types of loads. They’re good at working with driver preference, of course there’s times that the cards just fall the way they fall.

Thanks for the reply, The only negative thing I'v found about Denney online is drivers report bad experience with Dispatch and upper Management. Also alot of over night runs and crazy hours. Its reefer ltl work so the crazy hours is to be expected.
Personally I like what I here and have applied to work there. I may start My own post about my experience there.
I want to say thank you to Bigtex posting your numbers has helped make this decision easy for me.

The things I like about Denney are the Trucks, a big 780 volvo Sleeper is great for otr work, The Govner set at 70 bare minimum for me. You got to be able get around the packs.

Tall miles from Denver appeal to me I like to run hard. I see over night runs as a perk coast to coast am on the radio, a lot less traffic work for me. Having never had tv in the truck will help out with long delays and I decided that nfl sunday ticket is a must this year.

The pay is above par, being able to make over $1500 a week is possible so add it up it works for me.
It may not be your cup of tea.

They run mountains out west, can you say chain up driver.
You must know how to maximize your log book to run ltl Reefer.
People-net I'v never used this elog message system, so it may undermine my productivity.
Just yesterday I saw 4 of there trucks running by my place so getting home wont be to hard, I live on one of there main lanes.

    rpad139 Thanks this.

No worries man. I think what you get from dispatch/management is based off what you give to them. The president and ceo have open door policy. If they’re there and free you can walk in and talk to them about anything. As far as dispatch, I’ve worked with all of them at some point(although you will be assigned a main one) and have had zero issues. Communication is HUGE here.

Oh, and I’m told we get Sunday ticket for free.
