Virginia Lawmaker Gets It

Well I thought this may be some worthwhile reading until I saw the sub-headline

And I immediately closed the page. I don't have time to read ramblings from misguided and just plain wrong viewpoints from "lawmakers". Uninformed and misinformed people like this [who are purported to "get it" and are in minor positions of influence] are the reason we will never see meaningful help. Parking shortages has nothing to do with ELD's and most know it [if they're informed at all about the parking problems] and as such will never take this guy seriously, again. I know I won't/can't take him seriously.

 

To be fair. It may the writer's personal bias and idiotic opinions being imparted on reporting of the lawmaker's efforts. But I imagine there is some direct quote that says otherwise. I don't know. But either way, I don't care to read such dribble, no matter who's dribble it is.

 

Doesn’t have a solution, but is willing to listen to truckers.

I gave up hope on this issue after Jason’s Law failed to gain any ground.

 

Well, if all he's doing is listening to the "the ELD's are the reason there is insufficient parking!" idiots then obviously he's going to be of no use to anybody. And sadly, many times, those with the loudest mouths are the dumbest in the group.
