    We had one of those in my CDL class. He flunked out.

    Swift propoganda says "we stand behind our drivers every step of the way", and it's true, they do.

    Because that's the best position from which to throw the driver under the bus.

    Glad you survived and were able to break free. There are plenty of carriers out there for new drivers to train with, and Swift seems to be the bottom of the ladder. We all need to pay our dues when learning the ropes, but Swift seems to be torture.

    Good luck in your new venture. Enjoy the time off while you can, just not too much.
