Think its 90

 

Insurance is 1st of the month after 90 days employment. If you started today you would get insurance September 1st.

 

Dontcha just love when ya wake up at 0300, ready to roll out at 0400 with full tanks and nothing to do but drive all day? Startin' out in a great mood. Let's see if Cleveland can mess it up.

Can someone explain this per diem vs the straight pay for millis?????

 

Straight pay is more cpm but more taxes and no mileage bonus. Per diem is less cpm but mileage bonus and less taxable income. Think per diem starting out you get 3 weeks vacation compared to only a week on straight pay. Need to talk to an accountant for whats best for your situation. Its been discussed in this thread alot if you do a search

Well. Today in Burleson the Millis 500 was started. There was alot gear grinding and a few F bombs drop but for the most part all went well. Just got to get that clutch thing all worked out. Stay safe out there.
