To those who come here to expose Zelda (and companies like Zelda) for fraud:
Keep doing the right thing. Not only do you have the right to fight for the monies you are owed, you have a duty to warn other drivers. Be encouraged, and don’t let all the mocking and criticism get to you. This is a learning experience for most of us, and sometimes lessons are painful. In the end, it makes us wiser business people. Here’s how you fight Zelda.
*Zelda Logistics is located (at least for now), in Manatee County, FL. That is where you will file against them in Small Claims Court, to get paid. Do not be afraid to spend a little extra cash for legal counsel (several are listed on the website). With a ruling in your favor, the courts will likely award you reimbursement for legal fees. Likewise, I’d advise paying a fee to have Zelda served via sherrif’s deputies (as opposed to certified mail; as individuals can refuse mail).
The process for this, is located at this link.

Helpful information on the Florida Statutes and Rules for Small Claims can be found here.
https://www.floridabar.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/small-claims.pdf
Be sure to save all documents, emails, and texts to submit to the court, as well as an organized written record of events, dates, dispatches (and conversations held) between you and representatives of Zelda Logistics. Next...
*Notify the FMCSA that Zelda would not provide the necessary legal documents and permits you are required by law to possess while conducting interstate commerce. Also be clear that Zelda has refused to pay you within two weeks of receiving your paperwork. The proof of them having received your paperwork, can be obtained through Zelda’s factoring company. You can find out who factored them, by contacting the brokers of the loads you hauled.
*Notify OSHA of any failures on Zelda’s part to maintain lawful/legal hiring practises (including drug testing, etc), or retaliation against you.
*File a claim with the Better Business Bureau against Zelda. Zelda’s rating is already at a “D”.
As JboneChicago wisely stated, don’t get mad. Get even. Hang in there. It’s a rediculous battle. But I’ve come to realize that Zelda’s reps are both immature and careless. They’ll probably do time for this (that is, if they’re even located in the US at all). Ignore their trolling and keep squeezing/twisting. Eventually the proverbial bone will crack.

sevenmph and driverdriver Thank this. -
Hello Mr Trent bond. I am a former employee of Zelda also. I'm in the same situation where they owe me thousands and haven't paid me.
I agree with you on the fact that they should be punished severely for their repeated criminal behavior. I'm in the process of gathering evidence and need to prove to the court that the members of this company are crooks and their actions are intentional. Send me an email at TERRANCEL334.TL@GMAIL.COM with your name and we can attempt to find some justice. -
Lonesome, Woodchuck88, 88 Alpha and 4 others Thank this.

Why do you smell like a lawyer?

I was the master of that game back in the day. I have the mini Nintendo console now (the one that has 30 games stored on it). Zelda is one of them. I was playing it tonight. I’ve got a LONG ways to go to get back to my old form. Lol

Does it count if I'm playing Dragon Quest 5 right now, and I named the hero Link?
I would be playing one of the Zelda's, but on an emulator on the phone makes it hard.IluvCATS and Frank Speak Thank this.
