Magnum is still one of the newest additions to the list of bottom feeder companies!

Not only are they using DAC to try and retain drivers, but they also started their own school to train new drivers.

They've hired so many poor drivers that their previously great CSA score is in the toilet.

Good luck keeping your incentive there @Oor with those increased inspections you're gonna start getting!

You would think they could add 2 & 2 together and figure out why they can't get good drivers.

The changes they made were not the best decision. Go back to being a good company to work for and the good drivers will return.

Until then, keep having trouble. It's only gonna get worse.

I hate to admit @supersnackbar was right..
    But he was!

They've been calling me a lot. Not sure I want to pull a refer. Not want to get stuck in grocery warehouses or getting lumpers. Was offered a brand new truck with just delivery miles on it. I do live near Fargo. Still thinking on it. Not really want to train drivers. Just want me and the dog, and at least 2500 miles per week. You guys get that? Equip looks nice. Tony Doll nice.

Truly a shame what this company has become instead of what it could have been.

Living in Fargo you can easily do that with good hometime, if you can deal with the other stuff we have been discussing I’d go for it...

If not well, you’re living in a good spot for alternatives.

    Ddhelynn Thanks this.
