I just purchased a 2018 Volvo 860 truck but the ELD (Keeptruckin) that we were using on the 2013 Kenworth does not work on the new truck. I called Keeptruckin and asked for a new cable to connect to the new Volvo truck, but they said that they dont have a cable that they can guarantee will work. Can anyone tell me which ELD is proven to work well on a 2018 Volvo 860 truck?? Thank you in advance

A lot of new trucks are very touchy in the electrical system specially in OHMS spec.
What is not doing ? can you elaborate on the problem ?
Have you try to by pass the 3 way splitter ? connecting directly the keeptruckin white box to you ECM port

    These 2 systems works

so you used a 2013 cable n a 2018 truck? Thats the issue. THey are pinned out very different.

You *could* do some splicing, but good luck finding a shop that will warranty it.
you only have two leads that carry data (1939), in most cases it is brown and red (pre-2016) and Green and yellow (post 2016).
I am very surprised KeepTrucking does not have that. They have a very good product and great customer service, so I have been told.
