I hauled 1.1D and B for several years. It can be a giant pain when dealing with someone else’s schedule. We hauled solo too.
I quit to haul my own flatbed. Money is the same, but it’s less stressful.laaylor and blairandgretchen Thank this. -
6000 lbs of empty aluminum cans going from Nichols ny to ayres ma 330 mi 1500 all day everyday but we don't want to run new england everyday. Screw trying to beat the clock everyday. Today moving jersey barriers from yard to construction site....120$ hr

I have no numbers in the ding ding swinging contest, but I have hauled Cheerios and the like. Worst one yet was a 2 stop drop. 3 hours to load, 7 hours unload at first stop (half the truck mind you), and 6.5 second stop (other half of truck). Yay Lumpers. 16.5 hours load/unload time. 7 hours drive time. On time at every appointment as well. Never going to those facilities again. Thanks Lumpers.
Midnightrider909 Thanks this.
