By the time they get this ready they will start charging for parking. To pay for the attendants to clean up the trash. And pick up piss and #### containers.

 

They will build it, then notice the smell of urine, see pee bottles everywhere, human feces, and trash tossed a few spots over from the trash. They will either start charging to pay for cleanup, or close it down.

 

Nice to see a governing body realize our issue and make an effort.

 

That's the problem with "free". "Free" attracts ALLLLL the riffraff. Charge $1.00/hr and maybe cap at $15 per 24 hours period, and provide worthwhile security and waste disposal services, and 95% of your trash problems will go away.

If they are going to do this, they have to know they are going to have to have it regularly serviced with trash disposal and have 24/7 security to keep out prostitutes and drug dealers. They can charge or not, but the ongoing costs have to be accepted regardless or the idea is doomed.
