I will be "happy" come Oct 20 when I top out. At that point my pay, in two years, will have almost doubled for leaving SNI. .674 and $27.00hr with 4 guys under me already.

In the meantime, we'll say I'm very contented........

 

No doubt on the open market , but the time Schneider takes their on average 50% off the load .. Well you get the idea.
Yes 50% on average ....... Brokerage takes their cut then sni takes their 35%.

Whether or not you have a trk payment or not, the shenanigans that goes on with the manipulation of the board is ridiculous...

 

I always questioned when they "accidentally" posted some dedicated loads coming out of Wal-Mart's then quickly took them down. They all averaged $2.50 a mile and that's probably after everyone else got their cut. And the guys paying for the truck and running that stuff only make like .92 to 1.00 per mile running it dedicated...

 

I love the manipulation. It keeps the playing field even. Lol
