hi everyone, happy new year to all. I just got back from orientation from arnold and all went so perfectly. THey were very professional and was great in explaining everything you needed to know. There trucks are automatic which is new to me but seems so easy to drive in traffic. I know it does have some disadvantages. I finished orientation on the 31 of dec and they were so nice to have one of there drivers drive the shuttle van and bring me and this other driver from jacksonville to our homes in georgia. trucks are governed at 65mpg which is better then roehl at 63 on gas pedal 61 on cruise control. I know its early but so far they look like a great company. We all know not every truck company is perfect and things dont always go your way but i am very impressed so far. They put you up in a nice hotel and the food they serve you is very good. I will report tomorrow jan 2 at terminal to check out my truck and to get some things set up then off i go to take my hazmat test.Ill start on road either sunday or monday. for tose who are looking for a new company to work for arnold is a company to check out. Everyone have a safe and happy new year.:biggrin_25525:

hello all. i been on the road for 12 days with arnold and i am very happy with them so far. i beel getting miles and not much sitting. dispatch is doing a great job. and they even got me home on time. I have a 2006 centry freightliner and its a great truck. what is new is it is a automatic trans. it feels inda weird at first but after you use it a bit it is so easy. legs dont get too tired anymore. i have no complaints at all. thanks to everyone who gave me info about arnold. Arnold is so much better then roehl transport. what a difference.

can't pm yet, but would like to know how arnold is about getting you home. I believe that you and I are from the same neck of the woods.

i run out of austell terminal. i leave my truck there while i go home. I have started to really love trucking again since working with arnold. they keep me busy and i have chances to stop home when i have a chance during my 10 hr break. arnold keeps me so very buzy which i like very much. i hate just sitting like i did when i worked for roehl. hope to meet you one day
