    They ended the two tier pay scale that was implemented last Oct. All drivers will be on same pay schedule.

    They might wanna hire better quality drivers to... I just saw a Walmart truck nearly take the front and off of A UPS freight truck on interstate 30...16*225 Was the number on the truck with trailer number 131398.. The truck was out of searcy ar..

    I didn't say it wasn't a problem. What i did say was determining someone isn't a quality driver off of a mistake, is stupid. Maybe he needs sleep, maybe he needs special attention. If it's a Walmart truck, he's already proven he is a quality driver. Anything else, he just needs to get it together. I bet you don't get every other ugly Volvos, new or old truck number and trailer. But if it has Walmart anywhere on it, now it matters the most.
