Its kind of sad that everything you say in this post isn't too far from the truth. Healthy weight, healthy diet and a bit of excercise cures a lot of health problems. When I was eating fast food every day and hardly excercising my mental health took a #### kicking. Always down, depressed and negative.

That's Big Food and Big Pharma working together see. Feed you a bunch of depressing food so they can sell you happy pills.

People need more and more happy pills because when they type up a comment half their words are underlined by the spell-checker and they don't know how to download Grammarly lol which they shouldn't have to do anyway if their teachers had done their job correctly in the first place. I think most of these parents have a case against their school districts for massive tax refunds since the tax dollars to support the public school system was squandered, certainly not used to educate the children...

Then they go on their favorite politically sponsored online news webpage and see a scary article about how the polar ice caps are melting and they click on it where it explains by 2100 the seas will rise 200 feet. The next day their news feed is filled with doomsday news, now that they know what kind of news you like which causes you to want to buy more happy pills from the Big Pharma company and vote for the appropriate political party which has pitched their BS story one way or the other regarding said doomsday scenario.

 

If there is a driver shortage now, just wait until this becomes reality.

 

Eat more low sugar ice cream and wash it down with Diet Coke and you'll be ok.

That's true.. but I'm 5'10" 180 and in really decent shape.
Its all about body frame, too.
Some people are frail.. some are stout.

I got sick and had surgery 2 years,ago and was down to 160. I looked like the Grim Reaper. But I was right where the BMI scale said I was perfect.

It's the food in the States. I'm convinced.
We consume so many hormones and steroids that we're just BIGGER even when we're not fat.
