Donald Trump was just there yesterday. Did you report it to him? (Sorry, being facetious.) Did he go to the rally or try to connect? Do you think that there may have been people there that would have bent over backward to help him? Well, yeah. What I hate is those who are so victimized that they can't fend for themselves. You did a great job, dad. Your baby boy is at the mercy of the mean streets of Fargo. Send him a Southwest ticket and wait for him with the crying towel.

 

You guys are being a little mean. OP has a kid who tried to do the right thing, travels to a place far away, and then gets dumped on the street with nothing... well maybe it’s a little upsetting? As a dad, I would just pay for a greyhound ticket back out of my own pocket. It would be easier for me to come me up with that money than my son standing at the Fargo truckstop. I would then raise hell because that’s just how I am.

 

Or worse, some company is gonna pull this stunt on someone who has enough money and legal pull to sue the bejeezus out of the company. In a court far, far away from the carrier's home base, where the carrier hasn't bought (or at least rented for a "reasonable fee") the "Justice System".

 

Yeah, thinking alot of these posts are just invented, not saying they don't happen. My antennae always go up for the one-two sentence opening posts and topics like these.

 

Maybe they’re too focused on trying to figure out how to get their relative home than spending 24/7/365 on the forums.
