You could have the greatest dispatcher ever, if the planner doesn’t know what he's doing, or if the planner has upper management standing on his #### ( which I'm pretty certain is the case there ), saying don't take anything unless it's top digits, then your dispatcher really can't do much. -
My employer does "departure interview" for anyone who quits. Its not required but HR likes to know if there are extenuating circumstances as to why employee is leaving.

Sure like to have some opinions on this. Why does a driver got to take a $0.03 per mile deduction off the base pay don't make no sense. On top of that per diem is mandatory first 90 days of employment.

Can't help but wonder if all this is a result of the treatment of a previous SRT driver and the family. RIP Driver.
