Verizon sucks my choices for good internet is pay someone $150 a month to get truly unlimited internet. Or keep getting throttled. I use 150-200gb a month right now I'm at 60gb n already throttled.

 

Im not surprised it hasnt gone well. When jason 1st said to send him any questions about the change i asked if they addressed the massive bandwidth and server power they would need to take all these pages in directly. He never answered so that meant no..lol.

 

I dont use nearly that much data but i have kept my old 40gig plan with no throttling even though they keep asking me to go unlimited and offer cheaper rates.

Sprint started throttling me back last month when I hit 23 gigs. My wife and I each use about 50-60 gigs a month. I'm thinking about giving t mobile a try.

Mercer doesn't do technology seiches very well. These bugs should be worked out before the change becomes official. They need to take some of their record income and hire a better IT department.

 

Have drivers mentioned on FB about getting a new IT department to Jason? If so what did he have to say about that or is he pretty much defending the current IT department that Mercer has in place?

 

I thought about t mobile too but I'd hate to make a switch just to be in the same boat lol

 

Im about 10 yrs behind on network admin skills but i wouldnt even attempt this task without a dedicated gigabit line and tower of 3 server banks just for document intake.

 

I doubt anyone has. But we shouldn't have to. It should be pretty obvious that there is a problem.

That's my deal. I won't switch unless I but my phone outright so I can take it to whatever carrier I want and it will work. Then I'll switch and my wife can stay at Sprint so we can compare.
