Hands down the shadiest trucking company out there got injured on the job they recover my truck I lose all of my personal items and when I go back to work for them they are deducting money from my check won’t give me a reason so I put in my notice take the truck back to the distribution center where I picked it up and they say I abandoned it and keep my last two paychecks

And, you retained an attorney to do your bidding BEFORE you posted about them in here, right?

If you have health insurance they’re probably going after unpaid premiums that they didn’t charge you for while you were off.

Theres always two sides to every story, naturally. Sad part is, 99% of the time we only see the disgruntled drivers side. That being said, I don't trust big companies, period.

They let the terminal rats pilfer your belongings & you still went back to work for them?

When anyone turns in a truck it gets turned in where the company instructs, not where you picked it up. Usually to a terminal or yard. You fill out a tractor interchange form for when you pick up a truck (even a new truck) & you fill one out when you unseat the truck. You then have someone from safety or the shop sign off that the truck was pu or dropped off in good order And now you can take pictures or videos & send an e-mail.

Following company policies never costs me a dime. Not following or knowing what the policy is can cost more hassle then it's worth
