I was given 25 points for a preventable accident. Lynn? Is on vacation so I cant find out why they think it was a preventable accident or if it was a mistake... If this wasn't a mistake they will find the Trailer parked in louisville by the end of next week lol

 

That's BS. Hopefully they don't stick to it. That's completely not right.

 

I Pissed that they don't call Drivers to say oh hey you are getting points for so and so. They chicken out and send a letter to the house lol

 

Lol. Yeah, you would think they would have your coordinator call at least. I would be more pissed about getting points that you don't deserve.

 

So how did you find out you were given points for a preventable accident.

Plus they have always called me to let me know if I haven't had contact with them.

But seriously , it's just business to send a letter. It gives a record in writing, nothing to do with chickening out.

But under the circumstances , if you were in a legal parking spot, I am sure it's a mistake .

But I do think a preventable accident is more than 25 points.

 

Better settle the insurance first, the points should be secondary, if this is so, it kind of affects your tag bonus

 

I called and smoke to someone in safety. Think it was misty. She said It was for a preventable accident. I said I was parked how is that my fault. Told me I gotta talk to Lynn but he wont be back till next.

 

Well find out Monday. Really messed up if it's not a mistake.

 

I know I shouldn't get my hopes up on loads before they're dispatched, but I really wanted one of those from NC to AK. Have always wanted to go. But it was a bamboozle
