Advanced logging - Split sleeper berth explained

I started my day with 8 hours and 15 minutes in sleeper..my question is can I legally go sleeper for 2 hours then start back up and drive for 4 hours then take another 8 off then drive again for 6 hours and take a 10off .

 

I’m in sleeper birth now. I have no drive time left. If I take 8 hours off and then drive no more than 2 hours and then take 2 more hours off. That’ll reset my 14 correct?

 

If you have no drive time left at all, 8 hours will not help as it is meant to pause what you have and give it back to you after 8 in the sleeper. If there is nothing left, there is nothing left to give.
