Are there any forms out there pre-made that I can use for personal record keeping?
I know Elogs do but, looking for like recording Pickup address/Dropoff address, Empty miles loaded miles BOL# Trailer # Etc. I want for my own records that way if pay isn't right or there is an issue down the road with a trailer inspection or something I can look back on my records and check. You could snap a photo and send to yourself with drive axle then print them or just save as a PDF file.
tscottme Thanks this. -
HA Never even thought about doing it the easy way THANKS

Just request printouts of the logs sent to you.

You are going to have all your trip sheets. They have scanners in the trucks that you will use for payroll.
I keep mine in a 12 pocket flex file to save for tax purposes.firemedic2816 Thanks this. -
When I worked for Titan, we took pictures of all BOL's and sent them to dispatch with a BOL scan app... the app's name escapes me at the moment. I also used a small pocket notebook to record mileage and dates etc by week. Since in most cases you are home every weekend, I used a notebook that allowed capture of all that weeks trips on one page.

Pen and paper, write it in a note book.
Farmerbob1 and firemedic2816 Thank this. -
Thank you everyone, Pen and Paper is what I had planned just didn't know if there where any pre-made forms to do just that

Even if they are using the app you should have your trip sheets.

Premades are too #### annoying when you get an odd load. Get a good notebook without the stupid perforated easy tear sheets and make your own form.
Non-garbage notebooks that will not fall apart are a bit hard to find, but they are out there. The ones I buy cost about 5 bucks each, have hard covers, no stupid easy-year sheets, and 100 pages, lined paper.
After you memorize your basic trip record layout, it only takes a few seconds to scribble out the form and start filling it in.John A., otterinthewater and firemedic2816 Thank this.
