Best shop I've ever had the pleasure of spending $5500 at.... No sales tax and no shop fees, plus you can hang next to the guys doing the work. They're open late and on Saturday. However, they don't do engine work, will not take the valve cover off.

 

I know you probably won't agree, but if he charging you every 6 months for an alignment he is ripping you off. You almost never need a rear axle alignment, and only need a steer axle alignment if you are getting feathered wear on the steers. If he is actually making corrections to your toe, you have other problems that he should be addressing....

 

I have alignments done/checked as preventative maintenance. I want to be sure I'm not going to get "feathered wear" on any tire because by the time that happens the tire is junk. Spending $250 every six months including the spin balance is cheap insurance. You're correct; I don't agree with you at all. However, feel free to do as you please. As will I.

Yeah they sent me a copy of the title but its not signed over to me yet as they won't do it till we have insurance... Mercer says until the title is signed over to me they won't go and put insurance on it. I got a feeling this is going to be going back and forth...

 

That sucks. Emma put insurance on mine without asking about the title.

 

No idea what just happen but she got caught up on paper work and ill have my insurance on it today lol

 

Hmmm i called T&E this morning they started looking over the truck. They said they got a small list so far I Hope i can get the dealer to fix this Small list so far xD

 

Tell them to fix it or reduce the price. Remind them they aren't the only truck dealer and your financing is good anywhere. If they don't want to do either then walk.
