Southern part of DC metro, va beach, 64 corridor, Williamsburg import center, not too bad of an area. You shouldn't have any problem achieving an ADP of low 300/day . Starting year.

Take your time be careful, safe, follow procedures, money will rise over time.

Just a heads up to you. WM has an entire division that monitors the interwebs, best not to give too much info about yourself or specific location. You can give your opinions, and general info, but I personally know a driver who got tracked down and written up over the whole "38 special" thing.

Overall keep your nose clean, be professional, and you will be just fine here. Yes, it's not what it used to be, but it's still a decent job, very low physical effort needed. And still better than 90% of what is out there

Asked and answered. Your pay will be determined on how quickly you move. If you talk to James and buddy about how pretty their blue trucks are, yes you probably have low 300 adp. If you are like Rickey, you will average close to 400 a day year 1 easily. Again, good luck.

 

It sure is a decent job. Where else can you drive less than 50 miles and make 350+ a day? Not many places.
