The folks simply made a request for 5 simple hours. That's it.

And some find that to hard to comply with.

I am not crying about it, i just realize that of the seemingly silly rules we have to put up with in life are brought because of folks doing like you supposedly did yesterday and do the direct opposite of what someone asks, because it's all about you.

The folks are mercer do pretty well by us, it's not hard to go along with something for five hours.
Wonder if when folks asked mercer for help with stuff they had that attitude and didn't go along with anything.?

When you breakdown , since its responsibility to get the load there. Who helps find some one to recover it? One example.

Heck, pete, when you broke down in Michigan I stopped beside the road and asked about recovering the load but you couldn't tell me the weight of the load or your empty weight, I was willing to not finish my 34 to help you, but i couldn't get that from you.

You're fighting the wrong battles, pete, a lot of your problems are self created, its square peg in a round hole deal

It is about me sitting 5 hours in the sun wh ed n its 90 outside and humid can cause health issues. I have enough health issues and I'm not gonna add to them. If it wasn't so hot outside I wouldn't of idled my truck. I find it funny as hell that I wasn't the only one idling over there.
I'm guessing you will be on here #####ing about it till the world ends or what? Some people deal with heat better then others. Hope u have a great day

I really wish these loads where taken care of before posting them. Took a load yesterday afternoon around 330. Was told it's a good load they are just waiting on payment. Told me coordinator if I'm not dispatched by 8:15 In the AM pull me off.
That didn't happen but I got dispatched at 9:30. So I start working my way to get the load. 20 miles after i started the DH i was told stop somewhere there is a issue with the load and they will update me. An hour later my load cancelled but they had another load going to same place. But really heavy its 45,000 compared to my 8,000. I already have a load out of TX so I need to get down there so I agree to take it. Now i get here and they are waiting on pieces to still show up.
Man if we got paid by the hour i would be bank rolling right now. I really miss hauling for CCC rarely had issues like this with them. I think CCC has some of the better customer.

 

I did a load for CCC today pick today straight through drop 180 miles, good easy money.

The lady on the phone I talked to wasnt Kris, it was someone else. Is CCC run by other people now?

 

She has always had several people in office working for her

Ok anytime I have done loads for CCC I always talk to Kris with the exception of this load.

 

CCC makes me wanna move to that area. Plus then i could prob get the dedicated run at least for the first couple months of the year till they cut back. CCC shows they really appreciate the drivers. It's little things they do that make it seem like that. Almost everyday when i was working the dedicated Cindy always said Thank you and asked how things where and what not. Hell they even sent me a thank you letter and a rain poncho to the house thanking people.
