Oops I saw your mixed comment later... Who did it Horizon? They lost a sample of mine, kinda pissed me off. I did negotiate 2 free ones though

 

This one was my fault i sent them a sample from my old truck haha

Surprised they didnt change the oil prior to you looking at the truck, the majority of dealers do just for this reason, cause they don't want someone finding what you found.

 

They asked me if i wanted them to i said no. I Really wanted my oil sample and don't trust shops

 

That would be my first question. No point in going to look at a truck if it has just got a fresh oil change.

 

Where did you do the sample at?

Pull the top cover and look at the cam.

 

I got a DOT violation in PA for not having “inc” on my truck lettering because that’s Mercer’s official company name. Apparently Mercer isn’t concerned about it because come to find out a few others have gotten violations in other states and they still haven’t sent out any communication giving us a heads up. I know it’s fairly isolated events but I’d think Mercer would want to avoid accumulating any points they could? Or at least tell Vince to include that once they found this out? Or order new freebie decals with it included, lol
