They must have restarted company drivers because they had stopped using them for awhile.

I think most drivers that are not fresh lease ops, out of training.

Have figured there is now way they will lease, or lease purchase for $1 per mile route.

    Just dumb.

    Fleece purchase strikes again!

I only wish I could come across one of these persons when I’m trying to sell something.

Me: “Yes, I’m asking $100, but I’ll sell it to you for $300!”

    Them: “Would you take $400?”

    Lol

This is not a bad company.
    They done nothing wrong.

Every they did was legal and written in the
    Lease purchase scam contract.
Including starving you out when it's almost
Time for you to finish the lease.

If you didn't know all this was possible before you signed
The fleece, you've been living under a rock.

From now on I'm defending all companies who
Hose drivers on fleece purchase scams.
Until someone proves the company has done
Something illegal not in the contract.

If you sign a fleece hoping the company is going to
Be nice to you, that's your mistake.
    This is business.
That's why they have high dollar lawyers
    And one way contracts.

To protect themselves and bend drivers over
The table anytime they feel like.

I don't 100% blame the L/O when they get scammed. I do blame them about 80% or so though.
How many that are starting their trucking business, actually spend the $100 on a contract attorney? That alone would stop the ability of a good 95% for the l/o scam problems. Well, paying for the attorney and actually listening to them on what needs to be modified. Of course the company will never allow a modification, so.....
No, the biggest problem is a driver will se "Hey shiney big truck! I'm a real man now!" and not read any of the contract.

The 20% to the company is them offering it in the first place knowing people are idiots.

Tenstreet is a communication platform that many companies are using. It allows you to track status of your app and communicate by with your recruiter. It doesn't perform the same function as DAC/HireRight.
