Who in the hell pays local guys by the mile???? Welcome to Schneider, where everyone is treated the same, no matter where you live. That should be an hourly position, starting at $26+ with experience.

If you were an O/O with Schneider, I wonder if you would get in a lot of trouble for having a bit of art on the side of your cab. you could save money on paint of course, the artist wouldn't need to color in the pumpkins as you mentioned.

Old thread guys. I have left schneider earlier this year. I worked all 3 tanker positions with them -- OTR, regional, and local. They all pay the same, 800-1100 gross a week. All depends on dispatcher and weather

I can think of some “art” I’d put on a pumpkin truck, and swiftly, Werner and a few others. Lol

0 hometime. I lived out of the truck, even when i drove local. Saved up 30k in 1 year, even with the low wages, and left
