I'm a female driver for copper express . First of all luke is not the only one you can talk to about any issues you have. This has been one of the best companies I've come across. Most of they have given me just as much respect as they would man. They always send me home when I ask , I get paid for unloaded miles which has been rare to even be unloaded. They fix anything wrong with the truck on the spot. To add to this they pay for your insurance in full. I've never had an issue they wont fix in a matter of 4 days tops. I can take my truck to any blue beacon across the country and have it washed on coppers account. I drive a brand new truck. All they ask is fair warning and for you to do your job. So yes if you are a fat lazy ### that wines and wants to set at home and get paid for it then this is not the company for you. As for the mother no one had any right to disrespect anyone's mother like that , but personally she awesome! Keeps a break room stock with just about anything you can think of to eat and the drivers are welcome to any of it. My truck has a leak where ferrin is mounted. I was off for a week because peterbilt was backed up. I didn't really expect a check that week but it was there. They paid me for that down time. To trash this company like that was completely false and childish. That's probably the reason they fired you. This company and those people are great people to work for .......if you plan to work but they do not put up with disrespect or a trashy truck. So there's that.
