Ya I actually have one in my side box I picked up a couple weeks ago at Peterbilt for $47. I was going to try and learn myself how to do it and change out the rest of them as they all appear to be original but haven't done it... I've watch a couple videos online, but I'm not to confident... I need someone to show me how to do it then I'll probably do the rest of them...TruckerPete1990 Thanks this.

That's why I like loves I can eye them doing it lolJonJon78 Thanks this.

Ya, I might pay a shop to install the one I have and have them show me... I get nervous with the caging part of it cause that can kill or harm you really bad and the measuring-cutting you gotta do I'm a little unsure of...Big John Classic HQ Thanks this.

I’ve changed more than I can remember.
They are not hard to replace.
But please have someone with experience show you how the first time.
Even when they are off on the ground they are dangerous. At the shop I have a cage I put them in and use a torch to destroy them!TruckerPete1990 and JonJon78 Thank this. -
Knowles charges 140

Is that for just labor or both parts & labor?

I'd be a cold day in Hell before knowles touches my truck. He did the inspection on the trailer I turned in. Claims the tires were 15/32 so i was charged $300 or so by Mercer. I had deep well 18/32 tires put on one week prior so I wouldn't be charged by Mercer. Along with a couple of BS things he claimed to fix on the trailer, which I know didn't need repair.
I would use Arthur repair services if I was at Mercertownflatbedsv77 and Klleetrucking Thank this.
