Hey guys. I'm asking for a friend about how good your benefits are.

Not many trucking companies have good insurance benefits now a days and wondering if FXF has better things to offer than most other companies.

    Thanks

Benefits-wise at FXF, I'm astounded by the benefits offered.

Paid holidays at full rate, of which include Christmas Eve and the day after Thanksgiving
    Paid vacation
    Paid sick time
Paid maternal/paternal leave (although I believe the paternal part is new to 2019)
    Tuition reimbursement
    401k Match
    Bonuses

I see a bunch of people griping about the health insurance sucking, but having just done my open enrollment for 2019, I'm not complaining about less than $40 a week to cover my wife and 3 kids under Anthem BCBS, including Cigna dental and Davis Vision for vision (I opted for the higher premium vision and dental offerings).

Pretty much what he said. Most major holidays we are off and we get paid for them. We are off on Thanksgiving and Black Friday this November.

Medical health is provided by Blue Cross, Dental by Cigna and vision by Davis. 401k match and they also have pension available plus you can purchase a stock. I'm single and I just finished my medical enrollment for next year, it will only cost me $23 weekly for medical, dental and vision.

Also we are very busy at the moment so there is plenty of work available. Even on the dock as well:D;)
