We are done waiting and are contacting our state labor board.

My husband has always been paid. So have the drivers he works with. I’m sure you’re responding to the OP, but you are correct. The only way to get this resolved is to go to the DOL. Unless you’re a contractor - then it’s small claims. Going through it right now with another company.

 

Also tell them the state Department of Revenue will be notified as well.
That’s guaranteed to make anyone **** bricks!!!
