I have a Quality truck and pay just under $2700/month. I have no issues taking time off, vacationing, or sitting. I also dont run cheap freight. It's not hard to make truck payment if you manage your finances properly.

 

My coordinator went home early phone went into do not disturb mode. No point on getting calls about ####ty loads. Like I'm going to run out to Denver for 1.90 lol

 

I have a lease truck and my payment is about the same as yours. I haven't had issues either. I came home for a few days and ended up sitting for a week and a half because I won't take a load that doesn't make me money. like you said , its all about money management .

 

Stay off 71n and south in ky its shut down at the 62.... fml
