The money at wfx is in dry van.
    Not flatbed, not reefer.

How long does the orientation last (few days/week)....they don’t seem to have that info posted anywhere .

And haHa!!Guess they were waiting for you to get in and out because I received my email to reach back out to them yesterday.

It was the third party people that knew nothing she couldn’t answer not one question which first set me back and then not being able to reach someone in direct recruiting after they have called me had me not pressing to come onboard but to just wait to see. I’ll continue to follow your thread to see how it plays out....
Looking at the dry van side

    Thanks again @Cookie931

I think that don’t have it posted cuz they want people to call and make contact asking about it to try and give the info. I will say wfx recruiting know the most on the lease but the communication flow back and forth was extremely lacking to the back to me without calling. But they were honest with me and didn’t promise anything that didn’t happen. They did do what they said would happen to the letter with getting me to orientation and hotel and such.

This is a lease that maximizes ur ability to succeed and still make money while minimizeing ur chances of failure if something does happen not only with the truck but back home making you take time off as well

The rates per mile for each division can change once you get to orientation based upon ur experience in that kind of freight. It is a mileage lease so everyone! Has the .23 cpm truck note and 145 a week fix payment. What they change is every truck is the mileage payment into ur truck to pay it off with $1 buyout and the end.
I did the math a couple different ways and this is what I have figured the .23 is ur principal truck note. The 145 per week is ur interest payment per week. Harder u run the more gets paid to ur principal which leaves you with less interest or time to pay off your truck

Well day one and two under my belt. My last company took a $1100 check and took it down to a $124 and I was local.... anyways. Every driver I run into here likes it here. Every driver here says they make good or ok money here. I have had a few say their never leaving. I was floored yesterday when my dispatcher thanked me for getting as far as I did, never had that before, and I wasn’t even all the way their. Been on nights due to time I left yard after orientation and had a prep lab on me when I awoke. So I have the miles to run thru the weekend. Also it’s weird to call dispatch or someone in the company, only made a few calls so far, and never feel rushed off the will be pulling my first flatbed load tomorrow so will see how that goes. So far only thing that’s went crazy is a drop and hook turning into a live load but it happens. Still not trusting of them just yet but they sure are doing a great job so far of earning it.
