It's a surprise sometimes and not a welcome one.
The good thing is if you laid down rubber to knock it down it will be there 6 months to remind you when you pass that way again to watch it coming around.Muddydog79, Bean Jr., Lepton1 and 3 others Thank this. -
I had plenty of time to back it down. My hazards were on by the time I pushed on the brake pedal, maybe that's why his never came on.
Pumpkin Oval Head Thanks this. -
Simple to the point, Imagine the trucker trying to guess when to pull out being heavy. That's just a common courtesy situation right there. it sucks, blame the engineers/landownersBean Jr., Lepton1, x1Heavy and 1 other person Thank this.

Did he key up and apologize? I usually do - but looks like just one of ‘those ‘ intersections.
-
can look 50 times, blind corner and 55 mph. Keying up just gets a buttchewing at those "intersections" because common sense went out the window and that other driver never attempted that pull out before. No win situation, try to hammer down. crap happensFarmerbob1, x1Heavy and tinytim Thank this.

He didn't. But yeah, just one of those crappy spots. And nothing to apologize for though I would anyway.blairandgretchen, magoo68, Lepton1 and 1 other person Thank this.
