Dot Foods is in Williamsport Maryland too, fyi. It’s an easier type of foodservice, generally. I love it here. All types of schedules to choose from, 4 on 4 off, 6 on 3 off, or full time. You’ll be solo in a truck and that’s a huge plus from my point of view. Maines is a ****show, trust me.

Is the 4 on 4 off otr for the 4 days ? Cause that’s about a hour and 15 mins away from me .
I won’t mind being out for 4 days to have 4 days off . Also how is the pay ? -
I’d say it’s around 55k for the 4 days. I always work more though. It’s not mandatory, you’re entitled to just the 4 days if you want. It’s more regional than otr. Great benefits!

Worked at the Mclane DC in Houston. Pay has went down with driver to driver routes and driver helper routes. You are only paid 65% of the rt. The deliver to Chick-fil-A and you have to stack the fries and rotate the chicken. Stay there 1 year made 74k running solo. But the pay has change you can make 60-70k running 5 nights a week starting at 10-11:00 pm . Get your experience and move on to Sysco with much better pay scalelocalguy65 and Texas_hwy_287 Thank this.

Sysco was the most brutal job I’ve ever had. 10x what Army boot camp was. No joke. I lasted a month.

Does mclane have daily deliveries or routes that are 2 days or longer?
