My brother is like that. He can eat like a horse, but is so skinny, if he turns sideways in the shower, he can stand between the sprays.

 

but I left CRST last year

 

I'm 5'10" and hit the weights and ate 5500 calories a day for 4 years and went from 145 to 195 it can be done. In the end I got sick of eating all that food and no matter how much muscle I put on I just wanted to get bigger.

Kept most of the extra size for several years eventually went back to same size I was in high school 135 lbs and size 28 pants. I feel way better at this weight (now 140 to 145) than I did at 180 to 195.

 

Hope you get a decent 2k+ run. Xmas is on a Tuesday, so most places will close down Friday and not reopen till Wednesday.

Hopefully I keep my sanity, all the relatives flying in, making me wish I was otr. Oh thank goodness I stocked up and have plenty of bourbon.

 

I use to work every holiday except Christmas because it was beneficial. But lately, it seems as though I am usually sitting and waiting during whatever holiday it is, so it's just not worth it anymore.

 

I volunteered to stay out over Christmas one year as long as they kept me running somewhere. I sat in Indianapolis two days. I moved on before the next Christmas came around.

 

Christmas is THE one holiday that I will not work (be out OTR) on. Any company that would try to "force" me to be out would get my instant resignation.
