Mac n cheese with bacon headed into the smoker for the next 2 hours. Ribs are stewing in Dr Pepper for another hour. Then they get slathered in baby rays and another hour or so on the rack next to the new your strips.

 

You killing me Tug. My fav meal. I started smoking mac and cheese last year. Ill never make it another way.

 

Do you cook the mac n cheese and smoke it right after, while it's hot, or let it cool off then smoke it?
