That’s when you tell her:
Ma’am, my job is to get the freight here safely and on time. I did my job. Have an awesome day.laaylor and diesel guy454 Thank this. -
I had a kid in KC whining on a remix load. I threw him the keys.
"Hey all you have to do is get in and steer. However if you hit anything and cause $1000 in damage you lose $4500 dollars, and they crawl up your ### with a microscope. If you work over you cost yourself $1000 if the company catches you, more if it is a cop. Get used to sleeping in a coffin 5 nights a week. Be ready to work 70 hours every week. Those nice relaxing showers before bed? Yeah kiss that goodbye. Grab one in the day as you can. Oh and put up with store associates that go home and sleep in their bed, only work 8 hours a day, and eating home cooked meals whining how they have to do the only job they were hired for"
He handed me back the keys.laaylor, flightwatch, MilkyJay and 1 other person Thank this. -
Now im gonna have to do that. But i dont hear too many store associates complaining about unloading. Those associates are the ones getting fired or calling in constantly saying they dont want to work.....then getting fired.

How is the DC in Sealy tx? I hear good things about the money, so I’m not too worried about it! Just wanted to kno what to expect at orientation like what I need to be prepared for
-
I don’t know how these forums work . But I’ve got a question for the drivers at Walmart. I’ve got orientation on Jan. 21 . I’ve been with my current employer for 14 years. I make about 85,000 a year . But it is based of of bids. Is Wal-Mart worth leaving my current employer to work for Wal-Mart? Just wondering.
-
it depends on why you want to leave. you mite be comparing apples to apples.
