This is why Werner continues to have problems, despite putting so much effort into improvement

Agent Zimmer from Nebraska literally yelled at me and said "how dare you try and drag their good name through the mud". That is an exact quote. Why they have locals investigate their own companies is beyond me. Its asking for corruption.

I made multiple complaints and each time he personally took the complaints and rejected them. In one case he refused to accept the evidence I tried to provide to him.

In two cases he changed the reports so that he could reject them. For instance, a report on a fire danger involving hazmat was changed to "improper placards", and rejected because that was not what I had even complained about.

He also falsely rejected complaints by claiming there is a 90 day limit. There is not.

Agent Zimmer clearly has some sort of personal connection to Werner because he becomes combative and irate if anyone files a complaint against them.

 

Turns out that Agent Zimmer is close to the Nebraska trucking association and they personally thanked him on their facebook page.

Agents should not be allowed to investigate companies if they are involved in associations with the companies in question.
