I get a stiffy every time I drive it. I ran it myself for about two years. Till I went to a four axle. I’m seriously thinking about having it rebuilt to haul heavy. The frame has a 3/4 insert

 

I only work part-time now and I have a hot box and a flatbed. If I add them 2 I might have to work full-time!!!

Don't like that idea, but on the bright side, I would be eatin goooooood!!!

I had 3176B in my head. The electronic E would be a fairly easy swap as far as harness. Though you will want to use the 3406 harness.

Just a suggestion but why not get started with what pop wants. Then upgrade when time is right. Buying what you want is always way cheaper than building it. Unless you have a real specialized deal and they dont build what you want. @superhauler is one of a few in that boat

 

Here is a buddy project thats forsale. 2000 C15 18spead. Was hit high in right front of hood. It didnt hit crank or motor. New sheet metal on hood, rad, cac, and ac. lots of little parts. Need interior put back in, windshields and tires. Say he needs 26k. Im no pete guy or cat guy. but engine is clean. He bought it wrecked. Idk if its worth it. Need paint. I think he put couple seal and yokes on it. Just been tinkering on it. But he has KW's and won't keep it.

Green Chile stew- diced pork, potatoes, diced tomatoes, green chilies in a chicken broth based stock. With homemade tortillas.

She also made what we call Mexican Egg Rolls- it starts with a pork roast marinated with adobo peppers and cooked and shredded. Put some in an egg roll wrapper with green Chile and a little cheese and then bake them

Next time she makes it I better get pics.

 

That's the plan. Start with what pops wants, then buy what I want when I start running. Then when his is due to rebuild upgrade then.
