Caught up - whew!

 

Yeah. I tried to avoid fueling at flying j because I just don't like them. But it would appear they're going to be the only one you can rely on here to have blended diesel.

 

You hiring? Lol.

I'm so glad I've got a dispatcher that understand trucking (he drove for us for almost 10 years before moving into the office) and leaves me alone. There's times he calls and is surprised at the amount of progress I've made when I tell him (voluntarily) where I am. We've got a good working relationship, think very similarly and he always seems to be on the ball with stuff when I need it (ACI/ACE paperwork especially).

I don't think I could handle more micro-mangament, which is probably why I'm not looking to leave where I'm at any time soon. But this dirty truck #### is really starting to get to me, and my wife keeps telling me that I've got to say something, but I've said things in the past and nothing got done then. It's the one thing that makes Jade Transport so much more appealing.

I haven't seen a truck of their's on the road I wouldn't drive. Well, except the really funny looking 389's with the stacks coming out behind the bunk, or no stacks at all. Those things look goofy.
